PayOnce is a tool that helps you create and send job estimates. It is software you use; you are responsible for the content of the quotes you create and for your dealings with your customers.
PayOnce is free to use. A one-time payment unlocks branding (your logo, no watermark) and unlimited branded PDFs. There is no subscription. The unlock applies to the device/app where it is redeemed.
Your quotes, customers, and price list are stored locally on your own device. We do not host or have access to that data. Clearing your browser/app storage will delete it — keep your own backups of important quotes (download the PDFs).
An estimate created with PayOnce is an approximation of price, not a binding contract, unless you and your customer separately agree otherwise in writing. PayOnce is not a party to any agreement between you and your customer and is not responsible for the accuracy of any price, scope, tax, or term you enter.
PayOnce is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any lost business, lost quotes, miscalculations, or other damages arising from your use of the tool. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using it (and request a refund of the one-time fee where applicable).
Don't use PayOnce for anything unlawful, and don't attempt to resell or redistribute the software itself.
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
